If you choose to use Brezza, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving Brezza. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Brezza stores limited data to provide sync, sharing, and readiness features. This includes an anonymous app user ID, routes and related metadata (distance, elevation, polyline/altitudes, visibility, origin source), share link records, and optional daily body metrics summaries and baselines derived from Apple Health if you enable HealthKit. We do not sell your data and do not use your data to train AI models.
Strava access tokens remain on-device. Ride with GPS tokens are stored on the backend to enable imports, and you can disconnect at any time.
If you set a route to public or create a share link, the route can be viewed by anyone with the link. You can revoke a share link or make a route private at any time, which disables access to the shared view.
The app uses third-party services to provide various features. Below are links to the privacy policies of these third-party service providers:
Brezza, in a future, can offer an optional subscription service, Brezza Pro, which provides access to premium features. The subscription is managed through Apple subscriptions and RevenueCat, with payments processed securely via Apple’s payment system.

User Rights: Subscribers can access, modify, or delete their subscription information at any time through the app’s settings or by contacting support. You can also cancel your subscription at any time, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
Changes to Subscription Terms: Any changes to the subscription terms will be communicated to users via in-app notifications or email. Users will have the option to cancel their subscription if they do not agree with the changes.
By installing and using this app, you agree to the following terms:
"I" refers to the user of the app, and "Brezza" refers to all members involved with the app.
I understand and agree that participation in using the app carries the risk of personal or bodily injury (including death) and loss or damage to property. I willingly and knowingly accept these risks. I also understand and agree that "Brezza" does not and will not guarantee my safety during my use of the app.
With this understanding, I, individually and on behalf of my heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby release, relieve, indemnify, and forever discharge "Brezza," its trustees, and representatives (in their official and individual capacities) from any and all liability whatsoever for any personal or bodily injury (including death) and loss of or damage to property. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, judgments, damages, expenses, and costs, including attorney fees, which arise out of, result from, occur during, or are connected in any manner with my use of the app, any related or independent travel, or activities, irrespective of whether or not they are sponsored, supervised, or controlled by "Brezza."
Importing from Strava or Ride with GPS allows you to bring in Activities, Routes, or Trips you choose. Imported route data is stored in Brezza's backend to enable sync and share links. Strava access tokens stay on your device. Ride with GPS tokens are stored on the backend only to perform imports.
Brezza complies with Strava and Ride with GPS API usage policies. There is no intention of using imported data for AI training.
In the event of an error within the app, Brezza may collect data and information (via third-party services) like Firebase Crashlytics. Brezza also uses PostHog for product analytics. This data does not include directly identifying information, but may include device information, app configuration, timestamps, and usage events needed to improve the app.
Brezza does not address anyone under the age of 4. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 4. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact me, and I will take necessary actions to remove such data.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

You own your route data. By using Brezza, you grant Brezza a limited license to store, process, and display your routes solely to provide the app's features (sync, preview, sharing). When you create a share link or set a route to public, anyone with the link can view it. You can revoke or delete shared routes at any time.
Brezza reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
